What We Do For You:

Qualifications:

• Availability for 20 – 40 hours per week
• Ability to work mornings, nights, and weekends (Saturday or Sunday Required)
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Sales experience preferred

• Proven ability to build relationships with guests and coworkers

Responsibilities:

• Oversee opening and closing procedures of the center
• Manage guest flow and address inquiries
• Maintain Reservation Book and schedule appointments
• Educate guests on Wax Pass benefits and products
• Keep center front stocked and presentable
• Inform guests about current promotions
• Arrive punctually and adhere to dress code
• Follow corporate policies and procedures
• Participate in community events and marketing
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences using EWC terminology
• Meet and exceed center and personal goals
