European Skincare & Med Spa is Hiring an Assistant Spa Manager Near Fort Worth, TX
Busy, established medical spa is looking for an Assistant Manager to help with day-to-day operations. This person will provide excellent customer service to guests who come in to our spa as well as provide guidance and assistance for staff members. We are looking for someone who has a friendly disposition and is dedicated to their work.
Key qualifications:
Licensed Esthetician/Esthetic background (helpful but not necessary)
Advertising & Marketing Background preferred
Med Spa experience preferred
Managerial experience a plus
Spanish speaking is a plus
Job duties, Responsibilities & Other Information:
Provide excellent customer service
Executing standard telephone procedures using appropriate customer service etiquette
Interact with guests, involving the utmost professionalism, ethics and confidentiality
Resolve guest challenges/concerns, utilizing support from the General Manager when necessary
Interact with staff members and management, involving the utmost professionalism and teamwork
Handle Marketing/Advertising/Social Media
Perform other duties as assigned
Reports to General Manager
Must be available most Saturdays and evenings
Must pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits:
Position starts at $35,000 - $40,000 annually, depending on experience
