Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Expert level Service Technician with extensive European; luxury brand experience to join our team. Must have knowledge of EUROPEAN brand factory tools and diagnostics. Mercedes factory Xentry, BMW ISTA software, VW group ODIS, JLR Topixs , Porsche PXN and Stellantis FCA tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive repair, must be able to diagnose and repair/replace modules; convertible top systems; engine and transmissions diagnostics, and electrical systems. Please note we are not mere part changers. We like to figure why parts or modules fail and we actually have the ability to repair modules down to the component level. Must be able to work independently to complete jobs in a timely manner. The IDEAL candidate MUST be a team player and have knowledge of classic cars as well as new technologies including electric vehicles. The first and only full service European and luxury focused service facility in Mount Dora and Lake County in business for over 22 years. We are fully factory certified to complete extended factory work on all European brands and we are the only BOSCH partner network affiliate in the area . We are adding additional bays to meet growing demand and expand our dealer wholesale operation. We have successfully trained and willing to mentor Asian and Domestic brand technicians that have the willingness to make the transition to European brands.

Duties:
- Perform automotive repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using appropriate tools and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs
- Work with power tools to complete tasks
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including ADAS systems
- Classic and Electric car experience is a definite PLUS

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician/ lead tech or master technician or similar role in a dealership setting
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair
