European Cafe is growing its team. We are looking for an experienced Barista with a background in craft drinks and extensive knowledge of coffee.
This position may accommodate either part-time or full-time availability, weekend availability is a must. The ideal candidate has an impeccable work ethic and is a strong team player, has excellent communication skills, and customer service. We're looking for someone kind, and positive, with high energy and passion for coffee.
The Barista duties include: greeting guests, taking orders, describing pastries and drinks, packaging or serving pastries, making drinks, running orders to tables, cleaning tables and washing dishes, maintaining an impeccably clean work surface, refilling pastry case, adding baking (baking cookies, quiche....), preparing syrups and drink bases, cleaning facilities, receiving and unpacking deliveries.
This position has a base pay of $12-13/hour a tip share that averages between $3-5/ hour depending on season.
