Position is 1st Shift, M-F 8am-5pm, with overtime as needed in Cedar Falls, IAEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Project set-upCreates bottle orders Schedules courier or Service Center pick ups or drop offs as needed Confirms non-Eurofins North Central subcontract labs are on the approved list and set up as vendors for existing work Generates accounting software requisition when sending subcontract samplesSample Receipt Reviews log-in Generates subcontract paperwork Reviews draft invoice Confirms that any client needed information (purchase order, project number, etc.) is recorded in LIMS for invoicing Reporting Creates and issues final report by client due date Issues final data package State reporting forms and submission Data uploadCompiles case narrativeInvoicing Reviews final invoice before issuing to client Generates credit/debit memos as needed Submits credit/debit memos for approval Submits approved credit/debit memos to client, if needed Submits revised invoicesQualificationsBasic Minimum Qualifications Associate degree (four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree)Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship Ideal Candidates will have: Customer service/client relations experience preferredPrior lab experience is a plus Strong interpersonal skillsEffective problem-solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsComputer skills, using routine software applications, such as Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.Compensation range:-$16-18/hour (DOE)Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.Additional InformationWe support your development! Do you feel you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
