If not, you must work with project owners to ensure proper documents on file to supportManage accounts receivable to ensure that payments are within terms. Perform collection efforts as necessary.Co-Manage and addresses the accounting shared mail box, answering questions or concerns directly or routing them to appropriate staff.Co-Manage bidding shared inbox and update Sales Force with Closed Won client project bids and Project Change Controls filed. Ensure accuracy by bidding project ownerPrepare monthly/weekly financial/operational reports. ie.
