Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

• Technical oversight of Virology quality control assays
• General lab duties (cleaning, stocking, cold room 5S, etc.)
• Technical writing
• Deviation management support with lab deviation investigations, CAPAs, data review, and authoring reports
• Assisting with Qualification and Validation studies
• Providing analytical change management support for Virology testing labs
• Ensuring compliance in the laboratory in accordance with cGMPs, and GLPs, regulation, and policies/procedures

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

• Demonstrated self-starter with capability to develop innovative solutions to challenges
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies (GMP knowledge a plus)
• Virology lab experience preferable

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree Requirements: science or other related degree concentration - BS with 1 years of experience OR MS with graduate research experience or 6 months experience
• Cell Culture & Aseptic laboratory technique experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced team-oriented setting
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
