Make sure all files are accurate and precise, so that one can be 100% positive what is indicated at all times is accurateMaintain accurate posting of procedures on internal system; archive revised procedures in a timely mannerPerform word processing of procedures as required and understand and recognize QA requirements for procedure formattingBack up ArchivesBack up other departmental duties as neededConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent attendanceAble to work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environmentClerical experience is desiredKnowledge of basic office equipment (faxes, copiers, printers, etc.)Additional InformationPosition is a full time Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.
