Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension problems
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or safety concerns
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose problems and recommend appropriate repairs
- Complete repairs efficiently and effectively, ensuring the highest level of quality workmanship
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering any questions they may have
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic, with expertise in European vehicles preferred. Porsche, Audi, BM, Mini, etc
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair and powertrain systems
- Experience with tire service, including mounting, balancing, and alignment
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC
- Familiarity with auto body repair is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner
