We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plant management, production planning, and supply chain management.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes
• Oversee inventory control and supply chain management
• Coordinate with engineering teams to fabricate new products
• Implement systems such as MRP for effective resource planning
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Skills :

• Strong mechanical knowledge for overseeing plant machinery
• Proficiency in supply chain management and operations management
