Job Summary : Reports to the Pit Supervisor. The Eureka Table Games Dealer will provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing to all customers while following all casino table games procedures and policies.

• Responsibilities and Duties Provide quality customer service to guests; protect game by monitoring player / dealer activity;
• ensure departmental compliance to Nevada Gaming Regulations; safeguard assets of Pit; deal table games following company, department and Nevada Gaming regulations;
• count fills and credits; count chips; keep trays orderly; other duties as assigned. Required Skills Knowledge of dealing all table games;
• knowledge of Nevada Gaming Regulations; knowledge of Title 31 compliance requirements; requires frequent reaching, standing, and bending;
• requires the ability to make decisions in stressful and diverse situations; requires motivation and initiative to meet the expectations of self and upper management;
• requires a professional appearance, attitude and demeanor; requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with casino patrons and other personnel;
• requires the ability to distinguish numbers, letters and symbols; requires normal vision and hearing range; requires the ability to follow directions from a supervisor;

requires dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time; requires the ability to follow directions. Required Experience Previous dealing experience preferred.
