Responsibilities and Duties

Greet and introduce self to seated customers; explain daily specials and other menu items; take customer orders for food and beverage and repeat order back for accuracy; place orders with cooks, noting any special preparation requirements; serve all food and beverage in proper sequence; monitor all tables in work station; complete and distribute customer food and beverage bill according to departmental policy; perform necessary side work; other duties as assigned.
