Experience & Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Fully licensed as a PMHNP
• Must have a clean and unrestricted Oregon license
• Must have at least 1 year working experience as a Nurse Practitioner required
• DEA certification (required)
• Computer and technology skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills
• Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients and interdisciplinary team members

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs
