Seeking Full Time Patient/ Treatment Coordinator

Eugene Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, a private practice, solo provider is seeking to fill a Full time, 40 hour week Patient/Treatment Coordinator position.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year dental treatment presentation experience, skilled in oral and written communication, have the ability to multi-task and have excellent problem- solving skills, outgoing personality, familiar with Eaglesoft software, multi-line phones, proficient data entry, enough energy to keep up with our fast-paced office, interested in learning, a team player, attention to detail, comfortable with electronic charting (microsoft, email, secure portals, google drive), take direction well and take initiative, reliable and confident.

This position is the “face of our office” and works directly with referring offices and patients, gathering all pertinent information prior to the first appointment, greeting all visitors into our office.

Job responsibilities include greeting patients, managing the patient experience from check-in to treatment presentation, receiving/posting payments, appointment confirmations, answering phones and discussing financial and insurance billing with patients.

Requirements:

· Great verbal and written communication

· Problem-solving skills/ multi-tasking

· Comfortable with digital records and software programs

Surgeries performed daily in our office include, but not limited to: extractions, bone grafting, soft tissue grafting, implant placement, sinus augmentation, biopsies with many patients opting the use of IV moderate sedation.

This position is an average 40 hours per week and salary is based on experience.
