Cost Estimator/Inside Sales

Euclid Heat Treating, a well-established, family-owned business, is on the hunt for a passionate Cost Estimator/Inside Salesperson to join our team and build strong relationships with our awesome customers. What you’ll do:

• Estimate Job Costs: Use your skills to estimate costs based on data, previous projects, and pre-set rates. 
• Customer Quotes: Quickly respond to customer inquiries with accurate quotes.
• Price New Jobs: Tackle new projects by setting competitive pricing. Work with various departments to determine competitive, profitable pricing.
• Update Pricing: Keep our pricing current and consistent with established rates. Analyze job yields and recommend pricing improvements.
• Customer Visits: Connect with our amazing customers face-to-face a couple of times a year. Most customers are in the greater-Cleveland area.
• Follow Up: Contact potential customers and follow up on quotes via phone or in-person visits.
• Develop New Customers: Reach out to potential clients and grow our customer base.

What You Bring:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred, but not necessary, experience: 1-3 years in Sales or Customer Service.
• Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems, MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Communication: Top-notch and professional written and verbal skills.
• Bonus Points: Experience in job costing and/or quoting would be a plus!
• Travel: Ready for about 25% local travel to meet customers. Reliable transportation is required for sales calls. Mileage is reimbursed according to federal law.
