Schedule: Full Time

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct daily sale order calls and accurately process sales order, provide support to customer inquiries.
- Accurately process sales orders received whether from direct sales, in house programs or company retail market following call out tasks assigned
- Communicate proactively with customers and reps on sales order concerns, shorts or out of stocks, by offering viable solutions.
- Work directly with Director of Sales Operations
- Engage in Outside Sales support as needed daily, as well as manage vacation calls for outside sales during that period and or other assigned calls by management
- Engage proactively to communicate problems and concerns by use of CRM program
- Participate in company training on all levels of company departments, fresh, wild, farmed, sustainable, Center of the plate as well as frozen, dry, specialty.
- Understand use of company platforms; Pepper on Line processing, Data Essential Firefly, Zoho CRM and Reporting, Enterprise Café, Vista Track along with any data platforms in house
- Participate in sales activities with team regarding Focus 5 monthly
- Assist in preparation of sample coordination with sales team management, vendors and local broker representative
- Resolve internal and external customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate new product placements or issues to account stakeholders.
- Coordinate pre orders with key accounts and communicating to purchasing team
- Work with Company leadership team to coordinate product targets as well as Cold Call generated leads from sales management.
- Document and report account positive or negative activities weekly via CRM.
- Provide target account follow up support as necessary.
- Develop and maintain good relationships throughout the company chain to ensure smooth execution of duties.
- Work with Purchasing Team to understand company process, assist in purchase orders, receiving of product paperwork
- Work with Purchasing for reporting and assistance and reporting
- Support VPOS with Reporting, call outs, product introductions
- Support of EFC Market Team duties would include processing retail efcmarket.com orders, communicating with store lead as well as assisting in EFC Market service counter on occasion.
- Support EFC Wholesale and EFC Market incoming call inquiry and or order placement.
- Support and Assist EFC Market Customer Counter Team during peak seasonal business as well as day to day activities as the need presents itself.
- Support EFC Market Team inquiries regarding Holiday and Clambake price support
- Review assigned and frequent emails or industry publications, staying in the know and increasing individual value toward internal and external customers including EFC market customers
- Commit to your career by working professionally with others while working to make self and others around you better team mates. If called upon support participation in regional readiness for sales and sales team management.What You’ll Need:
- High School or Equivalent, experience with 2 years’ the foodservice industry, sales, kitchen and/ or customer service experience.
- Strong desire to please others while upselling, suggestive selling and ability to service customers over the phone
- Professional demeanor, in a professional office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office required); spreadsheet applications using Excel
- Knowledge of CRM and Order processing systems
- Likes to solve problems and help delight customers
- Ability to discuss cooking ideas and experiences.
- No Seafood allergies
- Office environment controlled climate, while warehouse and other parts of warehouse are temperature controlled with a base temperature of 45
- From time to time visits to processing area fillet or warehouse for short time periods, which will include exposure to cold temperatures
- Adhere to all safety, BRC, food safe and GMP guidelines while in the plant
- Occasional lifting may be required in retail and warehouse.
- Flexibility; ability to respond to daily schedule changes as needed
- Regular/daily use of phone and computer, up to 8 hours per day.
- Occasional lifting and carrying packages weighing up to 30 to 40 lbs.
- May be required to stand for extended periods of time
