Our client is looking for a Production Associate to join their growing team to play a vital role in ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day as a Production Associate :
- Safely operate and monitor various production equipment
- Set up and adjust machines using established procedures and blueprints
- Load and unload both raw materials and finished products
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions
- Practice good housekeeping procedures and adhere to company quality & safety policies
Your skills and experience :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not required
- Enjoy physical work - Able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics with a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills
