Port City Veterinary Referral Hospital in Portsmouth, NH is looking for a locum Criticalist!
Port City Veterinary Referral Hospitalis seeking a boarded or residency-trained Criticalist to provide locum service for the next 6-12 months with flexibility in the time frame pending interests of the applicant. We are looking for coverage 3 days/week (daytime, weekday only, 12-hour shifts). The primary responsibility is inpatient management, with support for the emergency team as well as the specialty services on the work-up and treatment their critically ill/more complex caseload. Travel and lodging costs will be provided for per diem and locum clinicians.
Our hospital includes: 12 exam rooms, 3 surgery suites, a 30 cage ICU, an 8-table treatment area, endoscopy, telemetry, continuous glucose monitoring, echocardiography suite, in-house laboratory (CBC/Chemistry/EPOC, PT/PTT), hi-flo oxygen unit, critical care ventilator, digital radiography, 16-slice CT and ultrasound.
