We are growing, expanding many of our service offerings, and looking for EXPERIENCED Custodians / Maintenance to support our team of exceptional veterinary professionals in our newly renovated Campbell hospital.

About the job : Duties include : Keep assigned areas clean, neat, and orderly. Perform minor building and equipment repair work.

Complete other assigned tasks. Sweep, mop, oil, and wax floors. Vacuum rugs and carpets. Clean, dust, and polish furniture.

Empty waste receptacles. Clean hallways, restrooms, and light fixtures. Assist in moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies.

Compensation range : $23 - $27 hourly Basic Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, cleaning materials, janitorial tools, and equipment.

Knowledge of routine building and grounds maintenance. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Online ordering platforms (Such as Staples, Amazon, etc) Ability to operate, care and maintain tools and equipment used in janitorial work.

Ability to complete minor facility repairs. Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. Ability to use and operate a computer Work Schedule : Full-Time- 40 hours per week 5 / 8 Schedule Morning Shift Availability- Sunday through Saturday Benefits : Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurances, flex-spending accounts, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, and 3 weeks accrued paid time off.
