Position Summary

The Operations Manager of Telephonic Case Management is responsible for assigning and coordinating all functions of the telephonic case management process from intake through to case closure.

Essential Functions

• Oversees daily operations of Telephonic Case Managers.
• Reviews service request for completeness of information.
• Ensures proper collection and data entry of all referral information.
• Review injury and claim information to select the appropriate Case Manager to assign to the file.
• Ensure Case Manager appropriately and timely schedules all appointments and notifies all pertinent parties.
• Provides customer service functions including but not limited to:

• Frequent updates to clients
• Courtesy calls/Reminder calls

• Ensures timely submission of reports and invoices.
• Adhere to all deadlines and state statutes.

• Adhere to Ethos Policies and Procedures as appropriate to job functions.
• Assists in promoting and furthering the objectives of the Case Management Division.
• Maintains confidentiality and security in all aspects of performance.
• Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

EDUCATION:

• Licensed RN unencumbered - multi-state compact license preferred.

SKILLS:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Computer knowledge required, including Microsoft Office products.
• Able to perform as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5-7 years of case management experience.
• Healthcare or medical administrative experience preferred.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/INSURANCE:

• CCM, CRC, and/or CDMS

WORKING CONDITIONS :

Frequent prolonged periods in a stationary position. Frequent operation of a computer. Frequent communication via telephone and e-mail with employees, customers and co-workers.
