Are you an avid social media user who enjoys going down rabbit holes to find interesting content and information about other users? If so, you may be a great fit for our Digital Fraud Investigations team!

We're seeking a self-starting, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Investigator who's interested in putting their social media and internet researching skills to work in a professional, paid capacity in a remote / work from home role.

A typical day in the life of this position includes:

• Performing research on individuals via social media and various online databases to inform various types of investigations (e.g. insurance claim fraud, background checks, etc.)
• Documenting findings and drafting summary reports
• Updating and managing information in Ethos' client database
• Partnering with colleagues and clients to resolve and guide ongoing investigations

• Have a knack for solving puzzles and relish the challenge of untangling complex webs of information
• Possess excellent written communication skills and can distill vast amounts of data into concise and accurate reports
• Excel in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive under tight deadlines
• Demonstrate a relentless dedication to achieving challenging goals and obtaining hard-to-reach information
• Embrace creativity as a tool for problem-solving, constantly seeking innovative solutions to intricate tasks
• Are comfortable engaging in telephone-based investigative work and can confidently navigate conversations to extract valuable insights

Bonus Points If You:

• Are fluent in Spanish and English
• Have previous experience in investigative roles or a related field
• Bring a background in writing or have honed your research skills through academic or professional pursuits
• Exhibit tenacity and resilience in the face of obstacles, refusing to be deterred until the mission is accomplished
