E-commerce Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a well-rounded, experienced and data-driven E-commerce Manager. Reporting directly to the VP of E-commerce, you will champion the execution of best-in-class DTC operations and digital tactics to increase conversions, drive growth in customer acquisition and retention for Ethika.com. Your contribution directly impacts the website performance by optimizing existing processes and bringing new requirements from ideation to launch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and plan strategies and tactics to renlentlessly improve and optimize the online experience and conversion funnels for Ethika.com

· Collaborate with key E-commerce players to insure the efficient and timely execution of E-commerce operations pertinent to: product catalog, merchandising, website visual content and functionality updates, fulfilement and customers services

· Lead, manage and/or execute key aspects of visual merchandising such as online product catalog, promotional pricing and product assortment and arragement

· Plan for sale events, including product mix, forecasts and projections, digital marketing executions

· Coordinate calendar release dates and create communication executions that support product launches and sale events

· Provide analysis and reporting one-commerce metrics such as weekly/monthly sales, new product sell-through and offer code performance. Make recommendations for improvement

· Evaluate and scope upcoming projects and gather necessary requirements

· Monitor online and mobile shopping trends, and maintain knowledge of competition and opportunities

· Generate new ideas to capture market share and emulate growth

· Provide performance reporting and analysis on a dailly, weekly, quarterly and yearly basis

· Provide leadership to ecommerce team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior

· Perform staff performance reviews and address any performance issues; provide or organize additional support and training to staff as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

● 3 years working in Ecommerce and demonstrated success in Management role

● Data-driven approaches

● Excellence in execution, problem solving and project management

● Experience in setting up new processes and creating checklists

● Skilled in partnering with web development and design teams to guide projects from conception to completion

● Acute attention to detail and trend forecasting

● Knack to lead and positively influence people

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

● Effective time management and organizational competences

● Work independently as well as in a team environment

● Proficient with Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Adobe Creative suite is a plus

● Positive attitude, open mindedness, willingness to learn and grow, highly motivated and determined team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
