Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a full-time exempt Lead Logistics Analyst to join our team. The Lead Logistics Analyst must have expertise in handling supplies, organizing storage, and processing inventory requests. Must pay attention to detail and commit to efficiency.

Essential Functions

• Provide inventory Control services to establish and manage property accountability, dispose of property as directed, and assist with the management of contract property accounts.
• Perform data entry and maintain central receiving points for deliveries.
• Recommended procedures for maintaining property accountability for all government property.
• Use of the current Army Property System of Record (APSR) accountability software program, Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), is required.
• Receive information from G-4 regarding transfers, moving property from one location to another, and turning in existing property through proper disposal channels.
• Maintain data in validated and verified status as closely as possible based on the availability of information.
• Prepare required documentation and obtain account holder signatures for action and forward to the G-4?s designated Property Book Officer for processing.
• Compare and reconcile the APSR GCSS-Army database for all property assigned to the G-4 and staff accounts every six months, or, as required, assist the G-4 in validation efforts.
• Coordinate with the G-4 and staff as necessary to update and maintain accountability procedures for GCSS-Army and any Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) authorizations.
• Initiate appropriate action to ensure all government property assigned to the G-4 and staff is sub-hand receipted for each Primary Hand Receipt and maintain this information in the GCSS-Army database.
• Submit the required documentation regarding property transfer transactions to the G-4 designated Property Book Officer.
• Provide coordination and follow-up action to ensure transactions submitted to the G-4 designated Property Book Officer are accurately recorded in a timely manner and report any problems that cannot be resolved between the two parties to the Government point of contact.
• Serve as the focal point and coordinator for all non-expendable Property Book Account actions.
• Provide electronically generated reports from the GCSS-Army database that satisfy the requestor?s requirements.
• Assist in conducting further research/investigation of property loss utilizing DD Form 200, ?Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL),? computer data searches, or other methods as appropriate, and utilize AR 735-5.
• Utilize and maintain the shredder/destruct machine and components for destruction of CUI and classified material.
• Maintain files in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
