We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and generating leads. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage PPC campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.
• Design and create engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry news

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in PPC (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), creative and website design, SEO, content writing, and social media management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong graphic design skills and experience with Canva or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Based out of Richmond with the potential to work remotely when appropriate.
