As a Philanthropic Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support for various philanthropic activities, including fund management, donor relations, planned giving, estate administration, and events.Philanthropic Services Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of experience in nonprofit organizations’ programs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks
- Provide administrative support for the Philanthropy & Planned Giving departments
- Assist in database management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of donors and contributions
- Contribute to the planning and execution of philanthropic events
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth fund management and disbursement processes
- Support donor relations efforts to strengthen relationships and enhance the overall donor experience
