As a CNA, your primary duty will be to offer excellent care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your tasks will include:

1. Offering assistance to residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting)
2. Aiding residents during meal times
3. Obtaining and recording vitals signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates)
4. Documenting any health issues and reporting to the supervising nurse
5. Turning, repositioning, and moving patients to prevent bedsores
6. Displaying compassion and understanding, maintaining the dignity and respect of each resident at all times.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
2. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
3. Possession of a current CNA certification in the state of Virginia.
4. Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
5. Exceptional communication skills.
6. Demonstrated empathy and ability to manage stress effectively.
7. Successful completion of a background check and drug testing.
