What You'll Do:

• Help residents with physical therapy exercises
• Communicate with patients at all times to understand their needs and wants
• Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
• Report any change of condition or unusual findings to the unit nurse per policy and procedures
• Help patients in performing activities of daily living such as bathing, eating, dressing, and other hygiene-related tasks
• Develop friendly, and supportive relationships with our residents and patients
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and reports relating to the patient’s condition and medication
• Assist the RN, LPN/LVN, and other members of the clinical team in the care of the residents
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements and qualification

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of Vaccination required
• Physically fit to perform tasks that require lifting or transferring patients
• BLS Certification/First Aid encouraged
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
