What You’ll Do:As a Nursing Aide, you must be able to listen to patients’ concerns and ask questions to determine their needs. You will perform direct nursing care with an emphasis on daily care needs and personal hygiene and ensure the quality of services provided by utilizing your professional and empathetic nature.

Skills & Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED.
• Complete criminal background check.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to make correct and quick judgments, in case of emergencies.
• Must understand and respect clients, including ethics and confidentiality of care.
• Must have a compassionate approach, reliable, responsible, and positive attitude.
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ability to transport and lift patients using hospital-approved lifting devices or techniques.
• You must have good interaction skills to be able to communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, patients, and their family members.
