Essential Functions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
• Keep the patient's environment clean and comfortable.
• Collect specimens for lab tests as instructed by the healthcare team.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Document patient information and observations accurately.
• Follow infection control procedures to prevent the spread of disease.
• Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Help patients with mobility, including walking or using a wheelchair.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and with empathy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Proof of vaccination from the COVID flu and TB test.
• Physically fit to lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility.
• Willingness to be trained and work well under pressure.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• BLS/CPR certification is also required.
