Etech Hire is Hiring a Project Executive Near Belmont, NC
An outstanding, full-time opportunity has become available for a Project Executive in the Belmont, NC area for an individual with 5 years’ experience in a Division Manager, Project Executive, or Senior Project Manager role for Electrical Construction Projects. This role earns a generous base salary and fantastic benefits package that includes a 401k, insurance plans, PTO, Sick pay, relocation assistance and other terrific perks.
Required work experience includes:
- 5 years of Project Management experience on large Healthcare, Commercial, and Industrial Electrical Construction projects is a MUST
- Experience with Construction Administration, Establishing Contracts, Selecting Subcontractors, and Coordinating with GC, Clients and Designers is a MUST
- Experience with Project Tracking, Interpreting Blueprints, Inspections, Safety, Change Orders, Scheduling, Budgeting, Estimating, Cost Control and Financial Management is a MUST
- Experienced in Team Management, Training, and Coordinating Project Teams (including other PM's) is a MUST
- Experienced in Accounting Software is a MUST
- Experience with Accubid is a PLUS
