Job Title: RN PCU

Location: Rochester, NY

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, laboratory values, and diagnostic test results
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records

Requirement:

NY Active license
2 D/N, EOW MSDU
3x12 D/N rotation - rotation is typically 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights - It will not schedule a day and a night shift back to back
