Title: RN - Dialysis
Location: Medford, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Morning
Shift Time: 5am to 7pm (flexible with days)
On-call - Not required
Weekly gross: $65-$67
Job Description:
Skills:
At least one year of dialysis experience within the last five years is required
- Experience assessing, trouble shooting and making sound recommendations in stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills to listen and communicate with patients and teammates
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience
Licensure:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; Graduate Nurse pre-licensure available in some locations
Education:
Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
Schedule Notes:
· Approval for 13-week contract! MWF program: 2 shifts of patients. Estimated 6am-630pm shifts. Depending on census and patient care needs, days may be longer or shorter.
- Candidate will be the only RN in the facility, plus 1 dialysis technician for 5 patients.
- 30-40 hours/week.
- No on-call required.
- Candidate must have in-center hemodialysis experience.
- To meet the guarantee of hours, traveler must be able to pick up additional shifts as needed.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $67.00 per hour
