Job Title: LVN/LPN

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Day)

Hours per week: 36

Pay Range: $1500/- to $1833/per week

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Ensure that patients take their medication.
• Assist doctors and registered nurses.
• Liaise with patients' families.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as LPN/LVN

LPN License/Certificate

BLS (AHA)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the coordination of healthcare services. Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and examinations
- Provide wound care and perform dressing changes
- Collect patient samples for laboratory testing
- Assist with diagnostic procedures such as cardiac catheterization or spinal tap
- Perform catheterization and manage urinary catheters
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with memory care for patients with cognitive impairments
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
