With a focus on activating insights to develop innovative, comprehensive solutions, we are inspired to advance patient care in greater ways than either company could accomplish on its own.Reporting to WW Group Product Director Spine, the Graphic Designer will join the Global Strategic (Franchise) Spine marketing team and have the following responsibilities and qualifications:Responsibilities:Create marketing collateral from simple to complex (brochures, presentations, surgical technique guides, analysis briefs)Source imaging; retouch and manipulate in PhotoshopFollow Brand Guidelines closelyBe an organized team player, maintain good workflowHave attention to detail including proofreadingAssist in project coordination across functional teamsHave good communication skills and a willingness to learnWork closely with marketing manager and product managers to gain knowledge of the existing projectsInterpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design concepts meet brand standards and business goalsCommunicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely while quickly applying feedback and direction as neededMaintain asset managementQualificationsBA Degree in Graphic Design, 2-4 years of prior graphic design experience is requiredMust be fluent in spoken and written EnglishExpert design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and AcrobatProficiency in MS Office Suite including PowerPointExceptional time-management and prioritization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across projects.Strong knowledge of design principles including typography, grids and layout principles for print & mobile platformsStrong interest in branding and ability to follow brand guidelinesWorks effectively in a team environment and independentlyAble to produce high quality work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and handle multiple projects at onceDesign experience including page layouts, information graphics, presentation developmentAble to handle and process creative feedback and apply it to current projectsExceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem solving skillsAbility to prioritize and manage work, adhering to project timelinesBE VITAL in your career; Be seen for the talent you bring to your work.
