As the SME for Membership/Enrollment, you will play a critical role in providing strategic insights, technical expertise, and leadership to enhance membership management and enrollment processes within the healthcare payer industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of healthcare enrollment systems, regulatory compliance, and a proven track record of optimizing membership operations.
• Serve as the primary authority on membership/enrollment systems within the healthcare payer domain.
• Provide expert guidance on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of membership management software solutions.
• Stay abreast of evolving healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and industry standards related to membership/enrollment processes.
• Interpret and communicate regulatory changes to internal stakeholders, ensuring enrollment procedures comply with all applicable regulations.
• Analyze current membership/enrollment workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Implement best practices to streamline membership operations while maintaining compliance and accuracy standards.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare membership/enrollment systems and extensive experience in process optimization.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as HIPAA, and experience implementing compliance measures.
