The primary responsibility of this role is to create comprehensive and user-friendly documentation content related to quality processes and procedures using various systems, including PowerPoint, VKS, and Proceed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transmission remanufacturing processes and exceptional technical writing skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to understand and document quality processes, standards, and procedures.
• Create and update documentation content using tools like PowerPoint, VKS, and Proceed, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Develop visually appealing and informative materials, including visual aids, work instructions, process flowcharts, and training modules.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and validate the accuracy of content.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
• Ensure that all documentation complies with industry regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the usability and accessibility of documentation content.
• Train employees on how to effectively use and interpret the documentation created.
• Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives by documenting best practices and process optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

• 2 years related documentation creation experience.
• Have a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, and decision-making skills.
• Self-starting and motivation; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others.
• Must embrace ETE’s core values.
• Strong communication skills with great attention to detail
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Transmission rebuilding experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a manufacturing or remanufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using documentation software and systems, such as PowerPoint, VKS, Proceed, and other related tools.
• Strong understanding of transmission remanufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to transmission remanufacturing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
