Etched.ai is Hiring a Signal Integrity Engineer Near Menlo, CA
Responsibilities- Collaborate with vendors, RTL designers, validation engineers, to complete SI tasks for our ASICs.
- Lead pre- and post-layout simulation flow by creating models and developing methodology for SI simulation design.
- Work with the hardware design team to build SIPI simulations for boards/ASICs/SIPs, cross-validating results in the lab.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SI simulation design and measurement.
- Strong experience with pre-silicon simulation tools (e.g. HFSS).
- Strong understanding of PDN characterization, impedance control, transmission line, etc.
- Willing to start quickly.
- Passionate about modern AIs like ChatGPT, and willing to learn about them on the job.
Desired qualifications
- Experience with chip-to-chip interconnects and HBM3 technology.
- Familiarity with transformer AIs.
