**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and checking in clients, assisting with scheduling, answering phone calls, preforming clerical tasks as needed, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and document preparation
- Provide personalized customer service to clients and guests
- Handle medical office tasks efficiently
**Qualifications:**
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to coordinate projects and multitask effectively
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Prior experience as a clerk or file manager is beneficial
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Must be available Saturdays
