Seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Training Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules and functionality, along with strong instructional abilities to deliver effective training to our employees, clients, or partners.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on various Oracle EBS modules, including but not limited to Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and Procurement.
Customize training content and materials based on the specific needs and requirements of our audience, which may include end-users, administrators, or technical staff.
Conduct classroom-based, virtual, or on-site training sessions engagingly and interactively, ensuring that participants gain a thorough understanding of Oracle EBS concepts, processes, and best practices.
Provide hands-on demonstrations, exercises, and simulations to reinforce learning objectives and facilitate skill development.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to stay informed about Oracle EBS updates, enhancements, and industry trends.
Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics, and adjust as necessary to improve training outcomes.
Offer post-training support, guidance, and resources to learners to reinforce their understanding and address any questions or challenges they may encounter.
Keep abreast of Oracle EBS documentation, training materials, and certification programs to maintain proficiency and ensure training content aligns with the latest standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Extensive experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including configuration, implementation, and support.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs on Oracle EBS modules to diverse audiences.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Oracle EBS certification(s) preferred.
Experience with instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training delivery techniques.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site training sessions, as needed.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.
