• The contractor will create a minimum of 10 automated test cases in Tosca each month during the 12-month contract.
• The contract manager will assign the test cases to be automated monthly.
• The automated test cases will be of varying complexity.
• Refactoring existing test cases, creating reusable libraries, or formal knowledge transfer sessions, as assigned by the contract manager, will count toward the workload of 10 automated test cases per month.
• Knowledge transfer will be provided by the contractor on an ongoing basis for the life of the contract.
• The contractor will perform all work offsite.
• Minimum 3 years of experience creating automated test cases with Tricentis Tosca. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience creating automated test cases. 
• Experience working with state agencies within the State of California. 
• Experience working with public pension systems or experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions and processes like CalPERS. 
• Experience with ticketing and collaboration tools like Jira and Microsoft Teams.
