Join the nation’s largest, privately-owned freight carrier as a Full-Time OS&D Terminal Clerk III. Based in the fast-paced environment of an LTL terminal, this role will maintain accurate and reliable records of the terminal’s overages, shortages, and damaged freight. Previous experience in the LTL industry is preferred, but not required.

We're looking for someone with great customer service skills, who can quickly and accurately investigate, resolve, and respond to freight inquiries.

• Starting hourly rate of $24.00; hourly rates up to $26.75

Qualifications Summary:

• Experience in the logistics industry preferred, particularly freight billing, collections, tracing & OS&D experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (AS400 experience preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills
• Capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
