  • Mentor, coach and lead employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • As a key member of the Hub or functional leadership team, collaborate with peers on organizational needs, driving to continuously improve the organization.
  • Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts for new employees, including responsibility for the hiring process from identifying the need to hire through onboarding. Will conduct interviews and select candidates in collaboration with management.
  • Work closely with employees to understand their career aspirations, strengths, and areas for development, working with peers to gather 360-degree feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Share performance information on a defined cadence, collecting feedback from teammates, leaders and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with employees to create personalized development plans with clear and achievable goals in alignment with organizational goals and individual ambitions, assist with removing any impediments, then measure and hold employees accountable to their plans.
  • Provide resources, guidance, and opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement.
  • Cultivate a community of mentorship and trust where constructive feedback is desired for constant growth.
  • Actively listen to employees' concerns, providing support and guidance in collaboration with HR partners on all aspects of employment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and mutual respect within the teams.
  • Regularly attend Agile ceremonies and events in order to observe team members and provide feedback
  • Participate in the People Advocacy COI and/or COP
  • Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background required.
  • 2 or more years of previous experience developing, mentoring, or managing highly technical staff required. 5 years or more preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and support for employee development required.
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or related certifications preferred
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies preferred
  • Proven experience coaching and mentoring career development required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct
  • Must be able to interact well with others
  • Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
  • Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
  • Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
