Shift: 7 am-3:30 PM

Job Duties:
- Install mailbox products efficiently while adhering to local Post Office requirements and company policies.
- Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure proper placement, height, levelness, and firmness of fasteners.
- Handle materials with care during transportation and installation.
- Report any damages or issues to the assistant product manager.
- Sign and date work orders after completion and return them to the assistant product manager for record-keeping purposes.
- Utilize various hand and power tools as well as measuring equipment.
- Assist with basic assembly and loading of materials.
A Day in the Life:
Review installation list on your mobile device before heading out to ensure you have all necessary materials.
Inspect your van and restock it with supplies before starting your route.
Follow the Estes app to your first installation stop. Typically, you will have 10-12 stops per day.
Complete installations according to your list in the order specified. Contact the office with questions as needed.
Take breaks and have lunch during drive time between stops. No need to clock in and out for these.
Finish your last installation around 2 PM. Check with the office for any additional tasks before returning to the shop.
Upon returning to the shop, remove any waste or old materials from your van and clean it out. Check the fuel level and refill as needed.
Load your van with materials for the next day, beginning with the last stop on your list and working your way up. Charge tool batteries and replenish supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication abilities
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
