Qualifications

• Qualifications - External

  ·Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics 

  ·The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

  ·Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

  ·Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.

  ·Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.

  ·Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

  ·Proficient in Microsoft Office

  The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 17.82/hour to $29.69/ hour. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
