Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Managing Broker to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong Leadership skills, Communication skills, knowledge of real estate law, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Being bilingual is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with agents to understand their deals and difficulties.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Stay informed about board regulation laws and property management practices
- Recruit and be responsible for other leadership team members.

- Take initiative to determine necessary improvements the brokerage needs.
- Running Weekly & Monthly meetings to update team on brokerage status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings, pending, closings and properties managed.

Qualifications:

- 2 years as a real estate broker in indiana or reciprocal state.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of real estate law and fair housing regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous

Pay: $81,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
