Estate Landscaping & Lawn Management, a rapidly growing, locally owned company in Southwest Florida, is seeking dedicated Pest Control Technicians to join our team. This position offers a unique work schedule of four days a week, allowing for a three-day weekend, competitive pay based on experience, excellent benefits, and the opportunity for bonus earnings.

Responsibilities

• Servicing commercial clients on an established route
• Applying pesticides and fertilizers as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License with no points or accidents for 3 year
• Basic Technician Training
• Company spray ID
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Must be able to pass Drug Screen

Compensation

Compensation for this position is competitive and based on experience. There is also an opportunity to earn additional income through bonuses.
