Essity is Hiring a Loss Prevention (AU) Near Altona, IL
As loss prevention you will be responsible for monitoring, improving, and maintaining inventory and pallet operations performance in alignment with our business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to optimise inventory management practices, uphold inventory accuracy, and minimize pallet losses.
As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our warehouses operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the success of our business strategy.
What You Will Do
- Maintain accurate reports on stock on hand, warehouse capacity, aged inventory, and adjustments.
- Plan and oversee stock take and cycle counts, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Communicate regularly with 3PL providers and warehouses to ensure requirements are met and escalate any concerns.
- Proactively identify risks or issues across the logistics and distribution network and work with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Report on inventory activities, variances, and pallet accuracy.
- Develop and implement inventory control processes and SOPs.
- Conduct audits, analyse results, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage inventory adjustments and pallet reconciliations.
- Provide ad hoc operational reporting support as required.
