GENERAL FUNCTION

Material Handler 1 (Returns Specialist) is responsible for returning defective, damaged and customer returned product to our eyewear vendors and customers maintaining organization and accuracy of all related data and shipments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Using Google Sheets and Excel to enter detailed information regarding returned frames.
• Understanding expectations of frame quality by vendor when conducting quality control checks.
• Learning and adhering to the policies in place for acceptable and unacceptable returned merchandise.
• Communicating in a clear and concise manner with vendors regarding return information, invoices and return
• Creating shipment labels, organizing and boxing up shipments and maintaining 100% accuracy in shipments sent to
• Performing weekly report shifts and import of information into and out of Excel spreadsheets.
• Knowing and understanding the products being offered on all FramesDirect.com family of websites.
• Maintaining a good working relationship and effective communication with other employees.
• Communicating with other departments in a timely manner regarding the status of customer orders and product.
• Providing appropriate account services to all FramesDirect.com vendors with knowledge, kindness, respect, sincerity, helpfulness and professionalism.
• Other duties as needed

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to multi-task and have exceptional organizational and data entry skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Must be computer literate with all MS Office software programs including, but not limited to, Excel and Word

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
