My client is a self performing developer that primarily builds high-rise residential and mixed-use construction projects throughout South Florida. They are a trusted and well respected brand, with well-known industry experts at their helm. They specialize in multi-family and mixed-use super structures.

Description

• Construction for high-rise construction projects
• Must have ground up experience on site
• Fluently read and interpret specifications and plans
• Support PMs
• Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and storage of materials on the job site
• Maintain accurate drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Create and oversee punch lists and ensure completion of all related work prior to inspections
• Identify and communicate issues to the construction team

Profile

• 3 years in Multi-Family Construction specializing in high-rise structures
• Team Management Experience
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Strong oral communication and written skills
• Ability to successful manage all aspects of commercial projects including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion
