Essex Title seeks an experienced, detail-oriented, and professional Title Examiner. S/he must be a Notary Public or must be bondable. Residential and Commercial experience is a must.
This position reads and examines title searches to determine the effect on properties and reviews upper court judgment searches. Therefore, the successful candidate will be an excellent reader and critical thinker. Strong writing and communication skills are needed to prepare reports, commitments, and maps. Collaboration is required with other teams, and thus this position is best filled by a respectful team player with integrity and strong decision-making skills.
